Steve Mason, formerly of the Beta Band, visits the Guardian’s studio to play a live version of his upcoming single A Lot of Love. The song is about reaching a certain age and feeling left behind as friends get married and have kids: ‘You wonder how they have done it when you still don’t really know what love is!’. It is taken from his recent album, Monkey Minds In The Devil’s Time
